Problem

It is difficult for most organizations to maintain a connection with their visitors, guests and customers once they have parted. Social media is one way of keeping a connection. Solution

    • Web-portal - all customer editions include an online portal.
      • For editions able to display online slides, the online portal is also used to add and edit the online slides.
      • The online portal allows you to advertise and display messages through the app.
    • Ability to display local slides - always recommended.
      We recommend for all "Thank you" editions to include the ability to display local slides. In this way, your gift will allow your visitors, guests, customers, and patrons to enjoy their own photos using the app, and be truly a gift.
    • Ability to display online slides - only for content rich organizations.
      We recommend this option only for organizations rich in content, s.a. museums, resorts, and cruises. The organization should add the content to their online slide library from where the app will show it to the users.
    • User group capabilities - no.
      Membership in user groups is not appropriate for this edition type.
    • Ability to display adverts - all customer editions include it.
      All customer editions include the ability to display menu and overlay adverts. However, only online slides enabled editions can display slide adverts.
    • License - licensed to the end user.
      Gift editions of the app are always licensed to the end user. However, note that a single license enables two (or by request can be more) concurrent activations of the app at a time.
    • Physical media - should always have some physical media.
      You can then provide the software to your visitors, guests, customers, and patrons on physical media as a beautiful gift, or as a "Thank you" card with license code + digital download, whichever is most suitable for your circumstances.

    • Overlay adverts - these are messages displayed at the bottom of image slides. The user can navigate to a webpage linked to the note with a single command.
    • Slide adverts - these are ordinary image, video, and document slides, but designated as "adverts". You can tell the software to display a slide advert after displaying a certain number of ordinary slides.

    This point is a consequence of the above. However, there is more. Some organizations can use photos made by their visitors, guests, customers, and patrons while visiting with them or using their product to enhance their online slide library. Then give awards for the best photos, etc. A tourist organization can make a competition for "The best photoshoot of the year” or "The funniest photoshoot of the year" and so on to add diversity and richness to their slide library.
